It has been really nice weather lately. Which is nice, because it’s March. Last night we walked our puppy (and ourselves) to the SB Fish Market (check out their website and deals!) and picked up dinner for two nights (shrimp and clam pasta on Friday! Check back).
Last night’s dinner: King salmon, asparagus and pesto orzo.
Brad did the salmon and asparagus on the grill. Yummmmm. A very easy, delicious and semi-healthy dinner. Go us!
Salmon: olive oil, herbs de provence
Asparagus: micro them first for a few minutes in water and salt then stick on the grill with salt, olive oil and lemon
Orzo: cook, add pesto sauce
