Linguine with Shrimp and Clams

In case you haven’t noticed, we’ve been eating a lot of seafood lately. There is no specific reason for this, but I can say that I have been enjoying it. Dinner the other night was linguine with shrimp, clams, capers and a light wine sauce.

Saute garlic, add white wine and butter

Add the shrimp and clams

Pour over cooked linguine

Add capers and a fresh squeeze of lemon

Oh, and be sure to have some bread handy to soak up the sauce 🙂
