Although I don’t have anything officially set up yet, I am in the process of getting things done: choosing a color palette, finalizing a name, etc… there is so much to be done. HOWEVER, I did receive my first two orders – both from co-workers who have sampled many different things from me.
David will be ordering the pumpkin cheesecake to take to dinner at his in-laws on Sunday and Elizabeth, being the amazing sister-in-law that she is, will be ordering a last minute wedding cake. I’M SO EXCITED!!! My first two orders – and one is a wedding cake! SI will deliver the cheesecake on Friday and the wedding cake on November 12th… in the meantime, I am going to be googling the heck out of wedding cakes and drawing inspiration where I can. Melissa, the bride, has chosen a white cake with strawberry filling and traditional buttercream. It will be a white cake with white lilies. So far, I like these…
